I've happened to notice that most if not all videos of this pop version sung in different languages seem to follow a common visual scheme: The singers appear to sing in the exact same studio as Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson, the orchestra seems to consist of the exact same people and the scenes from the movie appear in the same order too.
